At Com.Pass Association, we are welcoming applications from adult volunteers who want to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people. Our community’s goal is to support growth, learning, and personal fulfillment through experiences and shared knowledge.
For 18 years, we have been working to ensure that children and young people not only learn, but also grow through experiences, discover the power of community, and enjoy the joy of creating together. We previously operated under the name Turul Office, and over the years we have continuously worked to provide real value to young people and the community through our experience and programs.
We are now looking for adult volunteers who:
- are dedicated and happy to share their knowledge,
- are creative, open-minded, and have a positive outlook,
- believe in the power of community,
- enjoy teaching, learning, and supporting the development of young people,
- have an idea or project they would be happy to bring to life.
In which areas are we welcoming volunteers?
- Sports and a health-conscious lifestyle – movement, physical and mental balance, resilience
- Creative arts – music, visual creations, filmmaking
- Community building and mental support – group dynamics, psychology, mental health
- Life management and economic knowledge – financial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset
- Természetjárás és kaland – DoFE-túrák, élmény alapú tanulás
- Hiking and adventure – DoFE expeditions, experience-based learning
Our volunteers provide young people with experiences that go beyond everyday life. Imagine this together: a little child watching with sparkling eyes as you show them how a painting is made; or a teenager experiencing for the very first time what it feels like to reach the top of a mountain – and you are the one encouraging them along the way. With us, every kind of knowledge matters – whether it’s art, sports, nature, science, or community building.
We are looking for volunteers who not only share knowledge, but also bring inspiration, experiences, and confidence – while enriching themselves in the process.
