A part of the Turul Office team had an exciting opportunity in early June: they participated in an Erasmus+ project held in the beautiful city of Morphasso, Italy. The main objective of the project was to learn the art of podcast production. The program, organized by Sciara Progetti, brought together participants from several countries, including Greece, Portugal, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Estonia, and Romania.

The Erasmus+ project provided an incredibly inspiring experience for the team. They not only gained new knowledge in podcast production but also made numerous new friends among the participants. Through the collaborative nature of the project, they had the chance to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. This enriched their experiences and opened up new perspectives in non-formal education.

During the project, they took part in various exciting activities about podcasting techniques, sound recording and editing basics, as well as content creation and podcast promotion. Through teamwork, the entire group shared ideas, worked together, and inspired one another.

The enchanting Italian environment allowed the participants to explore the local culture and traditions. They had the opportunity to taste local cuisine and go on city tours, discovering the area’s landmarks. Alongside new friendships and intriguing experiences, the participants learned much about collaboration, communication, and creativity.

After our return, we enthusiastically shared what we had learned in Morphasso, Italy, as part of the Erasmus+ project, with the young volunteers in our office. We presented the art of podcast production, discussed our experiences, and talked about the friendships we had formed during the project. Their curiosity was piqued, and they bombarded us with questions, seeking inspiration to participate in similar Erasmus+ programs.

The young volunteers in our office listened intently, eager to absorb the knowledge we had acquired. They were particularly interested in the technical aspects of podcast production, the workshops we attended, and the exchange of experiences among participants.

Motivated by our shared knowledge and experiences, the young volunteers in our office felt compelled to step outside their comfort zones and embrace new challenges. They were curious about the opportunities for participation, the application process, and the benefits offered by the Erasmus+ program. We assured them of our support, encouraging them to actively seek out international projects that would enhance their professional and personal skills while fostering new international connections.

The experience gained from our participation in the Erasmus+ project in Italy proved immensely valuable and inspiring for all of us. We took great joy in sharing our newfound knowledge and experiences with the young volunteers in our office, fostering a sense of enthusiasm and curiosity. As they embark on their Erasmus+ adventures, we anticipate that they too will expand their horizons, acquire new skills, and enrich their lives through engaging in non-formal educational pursuits.

The Turul Office team expressed their gratitude for being able to take part in this fantastic Erasmus+ project. This experience not only enhanced their professional development but also enriched their personal lives. The art of podcast production and strengthening international connections are valuable tools that help the office to achieve its main objectives more effectively.
