The association is always in need of volunteers, either mentors or trainers, but we also welcome offers for other tasks such as translation, networking, communication, PR, program organization, program updating, fundraising, etc. As a mentor, you work with young people in the DOFE volunteer program, helping them develop leadership skills and strengthen their perseverance. Adult volunteers have the opportunity to participate as supervisors and evaluators in the implementation of the tour for young people within the DOFE program, accompanying them on final and preparatory trips.
As a volunteer instructor, the most important task is the education and upbringing of children. In addition, we organize various camps and excursions for children.
We try to organize professional, team building and personality development trainings for all volunteers, during which we aim to develop our volunteer network and ensure that all participating volunteers take part in a continuous learning process and offer an opportunity to people with interests and civic commitment to meet so that they can offer their time, knowledge, system of relationships to a commonly defined goal.
